Happy Tuesday!

Language Arts:

·          Continued to, Because of Winn Dixie   with our book club today.

·         Wrote our letter to Zora today for our 4^th grade “good bye” letters.

• Homework:

• Bring a chapter book to school

Math:

3^rd Grade:

• Some students still need to bring back their math review so they can take the Unit 11 test.

4^th Grade:

Worked on 5^th grade math activities. Ask your child about GCF, LCM and prime factorization.

Social Studies.

• Took test on the West region today
• Turned in regions packet.  Those who did not finish will have 15 minutes tomorrow.
• Extra credit test tomorrow on all the states and capitals!  Should be fun!

• We did a great job sharing our State Research project with students from Mr. Wallington’s and Mrs. Frishman’s class.  The students compared answers and corrected any errors they have made (research, spelling and capitalization).

Character Educations Assignment:  As the school year draws to an end, I have noticed that the children are having a hard time treating each others with respect, treating adults with respect and completing their assignments in a timely manner.  We had a class meeting today and the students completed a written assignment on how they are going to have a "Strong Finish" for the 2010-2011 school year. Please review with them and sign.  Thank you!
